The cover price of the book is $21. There are three ways to buy it:

From any major online bookseller (Amazon, Barnes & Noble, etc.) for around $15 or $16 plus shipping.

From your local independent bookstore, for $21 or less + tax

We believe in supporting local stores. If they don't have it, they can order it.

Directly from the authors: autographed, for $21 + $3 for shipping
