This trial took place in Salt Lake City in June 2013.  The Plaintiff, CEO of a large medical manufacturing company, had been fired by his employer based on numerous allegations, including use of a fake degree, as well as matters involving adultery, pornography, and a loaded gun. John Bear was admitted as an expert witness for the defense. The verdict was handed down in September. The Plaintiff lost on all counts except one minor one. The Plaintiff says he will appeal.
